After being sick overnight and almost completely non-useful for days, I relented and mounted the air-conditioner in our bedroom/craftroom. I’ve been managing for several months now by using a spray bottle with water. It’s very effective when you are in front of a fan. At work I use gel hand sanitizer. I rub it on my face and neck and when it evaporates I get a few seconds of cool. It’s a terrible thing health wise, but when the headaches start, I can make it through the end of my shift.
