(As made evident by the youtube below the link to the rest of the article the defense is trying to find anything to hint at a gun may have been hidden, though there’s no proof of such. Unmentioned is the original judge had to recuse herself: rarely a good sign for the prosecution and, you may remember, a sign the defense was judge shopping like in the Zimmerman case. Good morning:
Storm clouds brewing in the Michael Dunn case.
Yesterday, the 1st District Court of Appeal in Florida ordered Judge Russell Healey to comply with its earlier order to release discovery to the public and to hold a hearing no later than Wednesday of next week to do it.
