PASSING A TWO TRILLION “CARE’S ACT” IS THE EASY STEP. DISTRIBUTING THE FUNDS IS MORE COMPLICATED!

There have been some rumors that the Trump Administration is incompetent. Shucks, that’s been Trump’s default position since he took office and hired all those best goons he promised to hire. They’ve come and gone in large numbers each as incompetent (excepting Tillerson and three out of four of the generals), as their predecessors, and in Steve the Mole Muncher Mnuchin we’ve found one of the worst.

Steve, as Treasury Secretary, has a lot to do with sending 2.2 trillion dollars to the right places. Get your head around a trillion dollars: that’s a million bags each with a million dollars in each of the million bags. So, 2.2 trillion is two million bags each with a million in each of the two million bag. And the measly one-fifth of a trillion left over, or forty-million bags each with a million dollars in each bag is the chump change that Mnuchin’s allowed to play with at home.
