Per this report, showing obvious criminal intent:

“District Court Judge David O. Carter said Trump attorney John Eastman needs to turn four emails over the House panel investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol attack because they are evidence that Trump and his allies took part in a ‘knowing misrepresentation of voter fraud numbers in Georgia when seeking to overturn the election results in federal court.'”

These emails are exempt from attorney-client privilege due to the “crime fraud exception.” True, Trump is an exceptional, fraudulent criminal and must be so charged, tried and convicted. It’s long past time for this career crime boss to pay his debt to society.
