The lame and the insane. I like that. It sounds like an argument I am having with someone who has been completely bamboozled by the “Ground Zero Mosque” brouhaha. My friends and I went to see the site this past weekend. Found Ground Zero then walked in and around the streets to get to Park51. The street was empty except for some poor cop who had to stand and keep watch over an empty building all day because the media circus means there is a possibility of trouble. I’m sure NYC had better need for that officer but with the Beck’s and Hannity’s of this world, they couldn’t take the chance.
