How true is this? Plus we cut bad on inspectors and free market clowns still push for little to no regulation. Who cares if they kill a few thousand or more in they’re Libertarian fantasyland they push for? After all, if we just stop buying then companies will change… not. We do stop buying. Death tends to do that. Ever had food poisoning? I have: several times. Plus at least one bout listeria… maybe two if Ithaca 2010 might be that too. Same symptoms. (This year it was that melon thing. I only ate it to be “sociable,” since I’m not all that into most melons. Wasn’t very “sociable” after that! 2010 did have same symptoms, but I would have had to have picked it up 3 weeks or so previous. That’s how it works.)
If it were up to me we’d have more, and tougher, inspections.
